RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

If the sneakers do not fit your foot size properly, you can request a size exchange within 3 days of receiving your parcel. The shoes must be unworn outdoors with all tags and original box intact.

2. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEM

Please inspect your shoes in front of the delivery rider upon arrival. If there is any manufacturing defect or wrong color/size sent, you can immediately return it through the delivery rider or contact our WhatsApp helpline (+880 1607 333306) with photos for instant replacement.

3. EXCHANGE PROCESS

To initiate an exchange, simply message us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and the requested size. Once confirmed, our courier partner will swap the parcel at your doorstep.
